I think companys started to change from unlimited plan to limited plan is mainly because some people using those usb sim mobile network (3g 手指) in computer/laptop to BT /PT, so that thay occupied most of the 3/3.5G bandwidth, so that ordinary users like you and me will suffers

I think that is one of the main reason of changing the plan in order to stop those user and so that the bandwidth will be back to normal
