【明报专讯】大律师陆伟雄认为，网络供应商若突然  向已签合约  参加流动宽频无限上网计划的客户，实施严格的新限制，例如大减使用量超标者的上网速度，疑属合约条款的重大改变，对已签约客户不公平。陆伟雄建议，客户可透过小额钱债审裁处寻求解约。


陆伟雄解释，有关合约改变有不公平之嫌，是因为这等如把无限上网变有限上网，可能被视为供应商 单方面 更改合约重要条款 。他建议，受影响的客户可透过 小额钱债审裁处 ，以「合约条文改动不公平」 为由，寻求透过司法程序解除合约，另选其他服务商。

if CSL/one2free stated this fuXking "fair usage policy" clearly and addressed to each customer without any misleading, the customer still want to join the service, that's fine and nothing to complaint about.....

So they need to highlight that when selling the services to customers....
